I hope you had a relaxing weekend and are enjoying your summer vacation. This weekend was nice in Sugar Land, Texas. We received quite a lot of rain, and I spent a lot of the weekend rain barreling to my hearts content. :) I put out buckets and Rubbermaid containters in my Sugar Land backyard. I must have collected over 8 or 9 inches or more of water. I am using it to water my watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, and tomatoes.
Today I wanted to let everyone know about the "Everything must Go We are Closing Clearance Sale at Kroger's". It is the one located at the corner of Highway 6 and Settlers Way Boulevard in Sugar Land, Texas. I have been multiple times and plan to go back a few more times before they close in August. The best finds so far have been:
*Odwalla juices 40% off
*Bath products and makeup 30% off
*Shrimp frozen for 40% off
*VITAMINS are 50% off (The best deal by far I have found at the Sugar Land Kroger's).
*Diapers and cigarettes are 10% off the regular price.
*Natural and organic foods are 30% off
*Finally, another great deal in Sugar Land at the Krogers is olives and pickles are at least 20% off the regular price.
Everyday or so it seems more discounts happen.
Produce, milk, cereal, and refrigerated juices are not on clearance. Either are eggs or yogurt. The rest of the Sugar Land store is on major sale or clearance. Shop until you drop through August 11th.
